Description

This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. �This is not a solicitation.� Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirement: DoDEA requires culinary arts digital courseware and related web-based industry-standard certification test vouchers to complement the culinary coursework embedded in our Culinary Arts Career and Technical Education (CTE) Pathway. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710, Educational Support Services, and the applicable PSC is U009, Education/Training Services. �Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.SAM.gov, prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE1254-23-Q-0010 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� This requirement will be competed as 100% Small Business Set-Aside Competition.� The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract.� The period of performance will consist of a base year of 12-Months with four (4) 12-Month option periods.� The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 13 March 2023 and an award date on or about 05 June 2023.� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �� Attachment(s): 1.� An electronic, draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for CTE Culinary Arts Courseware, Credentialing, and Related Support is attached to this pre-solicitation notice.�
