Description

The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for potential futures needs including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Oklahoma will soon be soliciting for a project to�Remodel Building 408 Conditioned Space ��Project is to add new HVAC, lighting, interior paneling, doors and concrete sidewalk, fire sprinkler and alarm, and painting to building 408.�� We are currently issuing this sources sought to gauge both small business and overall industry capability and interest.� The small business size standard is $39.5M for NAICS 236220. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 Please complete and return the attached sources sought form and advise your capabilities in terms of the information provided.� The project location is 9100 East 46th Street North, Tulsa, OK 74115 Include the following in the subject line- �Sources Sought 138 FW Building 408 Conditioned Space� No facsimile responses will be honored. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
