For record accounting identification purposes, the document number also known as the requisition (RFQ), the PD Number, and the extended price which appearsin Section B must be referenced in all contracts, invoices, shipping, proof of shipment and financial documents. 2. There are no NSN numbers assigned to part number purchases. 3.The contractor's best commercial packaging is acceptable in lieu of MIL-STD Packaging. 4. FOB point is Destination, Inspection & Acceptance at Origin or Destination is deleted, and there is no DD250 required. 5. Fast Pay procedures apply. 6. Invoices for Fast Pay can now be completed online via WAWF. When doing via WAWF, pick Invoice & Receiving Report (combo), check Fast Pay box. NAVSUP WSS Requests proposals submitted in response to this solicitation remainvalid for a minimum of 120 days following submission. 7. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are consi dered to be ""issued"" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposalconstitutes bilateral agreement to ""issue"" contractual documents as detailed herein.
