Only One Responsible Source for the brand name proprietary reagent kits listed below, as they are only available through the original equipment manufacturer. The associated NAICS code for this is 325413. The vendor will be Cepheid, 904 Caribbean Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94089-1189.
