Description: Work includes: -�� Replacing and disposing of the existing Modine duct furnace, model DFP300AFRNN14A1, and appropriately sizing and installing a new unit (Lennox EL280UH090 or equal). -�� Installing a Lennox evaporator model CHX35-042, or equal. -�� Installing a Lennox condensing unit model 13ACX-036, or equal. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $50,000. Federal contstruction wage rates apply--attached below, along with the RFQ. Amendment 1 to add evaluation factors for award is posted below.
