FEMA requires Contractor support for audit remediation support services with knowledge and expertise of federal government requirements in the following functional areas to support FEMA�s compliance to: DHS Financial Accountability Act (FAA) Chief Financial Officers� Act (CFO) Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA) Federal Managers Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA) Office of Management and Budget Circular A-123, �Management's Responsibility for Internal Control;� Payment Integrity Information Act of 2019, Public Law 116-11 (PIIA) National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-53 Federal Information System Control Audit Manual (FISCAM) Other relevant policy guidance, laws, and regulations governing financial internal controls including IT internal controls requirements for the FEMA [Estimated release date for the Solicitation is March 9, 2023.� The proposed PWS is attached for early viewing.]
