Description

15-FEB-2023 / 3:55 PM ET:� All, this system required me to put the response due date and time in the system - or I couldn't figure out how to get around those fields in the system.� There are no proposals due on 09-MAR-2023.� That is the date the government intends to release the solicitation - it may be earlier.� The one document - PWS - attached was attached to give potential offerors an early look of what the requirement will be for.� That is why there is no pricing templates, no solicitation with clauses/terms/conditions.� This is only the synopsis of the requirement required by FAR 5.101(a)(1) and FAR 5.203(a). FEMA requires Contractor support for audit remediation support services with knowledge and expertise of federal government requirements in the following functional areas to support FEMA�s compliance to: DHS Financial Accountability Act (FAA) Chief Financial Officers� Act (CFO) Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA) Federal Managers Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA) Office of Management and Budget Circular A-123, �Management's Responsibility for Internal Control;� Payment Integrity Information Act of 2019, Public Law 116-11 (PIIA) National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-53 Federal Information System Control Audit Manual (FISCAM) Other relevant policy guidance, laws, and regulations governing financial internal controls including IT internal controls requirements for the FEMA [Estimated release date for the Solicitation is March 9, 2023.� The proposed PWS is attached for early viewing.]
