Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Wescam Inc. to procure all services and materials necessary to provide programmed maintenance and repair of the Ground Boresight Module (GBSM), P/N:44181-01, in support of the KC-130J Harvest Host equipped aircraft. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to award a 5�year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Firm Fixed Price contract to Wescam Inc. GENERAL INFORMATION: There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open compeition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
