Description

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command � Fort Knox (MICC-Knox), Fort Knox, KY 40121, intends to award on a Sole Source basis a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) for annual membership, Certification Prep, and Exam as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(1)(ii), Sole Source (including brand name). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICTATION IS AVAILABLE. Market research has demonstrated that SHRM is only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of items will satisfy agency requirements. The Government anticipates award of this action in March 2023 to Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Online 1800 Duke St Alexandria, VA 22314; Unique Entity ID: R1B7SD64WNJ9. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. Any interested party that believes they are capable of meeting requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement.� Responses must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer at deborah.r.davis-maxwell.civ@army.mil within two (2) calendar days of this publication. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. This announcement closes 17 February 2023 at 12:00 PM EST. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or woman owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. Respondents who submit proprietary data shall clearly mark the data with appropriate markings. The Government will not pay for any information submitted as a result of this synopsis. A determination not to compete the proposed action based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
