THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND ACQUISITION PLANNING PURPOSES. �THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND A FORMAL SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. �THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE AN RFQ, CONTRACT, OR ORDER.� Any contractor who wishes to identify their interests and capability to provide this product must provide product specifications, performance, and delivery information by notifying the Contract Specialist no later than 17 FEB 2023 at 4:30 PM Mountain Time. �Notification shall be e-mailed to denise.hinojosa.mil@mail.mil. Please provide your company's business size, CAGE Code, if you are capable of meeting this requirement. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, vehicles, and equipment necessary to provide and install whiteboard walls and a glass walled conference room. See Attachment 1 for floorplan.� Glass whiteboard walls: https://www.magnatag.com/glass-whitewall (brand name or equal). The sheets come in 4�x6� panels, it is estimated 36 panels with mounting systems will be required. Breakdown shown in red on Attachment 1. Free standing glass conference room with center folding wall: https://www.avantisystemsusa.com/glass-products/partition-systems/freestanding/ (brand name or equal). 48�L x 12�W x 10�H with two glass doors and a folding center wall.
