Description

The United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) requires renewal of HVAC Maintenance Services.� This is a non-personnel services contract to provide HVAC PMS for USAREC 6th BDE Headquarters located in Las Vegas, NV.� Please see attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement.� This is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY and will be used to determine the extent of competition that could be expected if the items in the Item List attachment were posted as an RFQ and if a set� aside is possible. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). NO QUOTES OR PRICING ARE REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided. Please advise if your organization is interested in this requirement. Limitations on subcontracting and nonmanufacturer rule do not apply to small business set-asides for contracts at or below the SAT. It dose apply to 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, EDWOSB, and WOSB set-asides regardless of the dollar value of the award. See Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.219-14 - Limitations on Subcontracting for Small Business. All WOSB firms need to take action in beta.certify.sba.gov in order to compete for WOSB Federal Contracting Program set-aside contracts.
