- Page 2 of 2 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for Security Cameras and Door Access Maintenance Services for the Eastern Colorado Health Care System. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) Small Business Size Standard: $25 Million . This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a solicitation. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The contractor shall furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the equipment listed below. Equipment is located throughout the Eastern Colorado Healthcare System. Lenel OnGuard authorized dealer in good standing. At least 5 master Lenel certifications. Axis Communication Gold Solution Partner. Certified reseller of Assay Abloy door hardware. Certified reseller of Allegion door hardware. The contractor shall provide and install annual licenses for the following software: Lenel OnGuard software, Milestone XProtect Expert Care Plus, Traka, BriefCam. The contractor shall provide and install any software, security and/or bug fix patches released by the software manufacturer. The contractor shall provide the option to upgrade to newer versions of software released by the manufacturer. The contractor shall provide material coverage for Axis fixed, pan tilt zoom, and fisheye cameras. Coverage includes sending in cameras for repair and/or replacement. The contractor shall provide solutions for any hardware failures associated with NVRs. This includes any hard drives requiring replacement. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards MAY be made. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
