The Government proposes to acquire on a One Time Buy Firm Fixed Price contract a quantity of 80 each of a TESTER, FUEL INTEGRI; NSN: 4920-01-521-2579; Part Number: SK2000FIT applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk. Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 80 each, 90 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. This item is restricted to the following: HABCO INDUSTRIES, INC, CAGE CODE: 51826 The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
