Description

The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 intends to make a sole source award to SHI International Corp. for the provision of Grammarly Business Team license as stated in the attached Statement of Work to be provided to Northern Navajo Medical Center stated therein. The Period of Performance will be for twelve (12) consecutive months beginning from the Date of Award. This award will be made IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a Single Source. The Proposed Contractor is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services for Grammarly Business Team license. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competing proposals. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 12:00 pm, Mountain Standard Time (MST), February 20, 2023, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses should be received by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
