Description

The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), 638th Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG), 409th Supply Chain Management Squadron (SCMS) /GUMCA. The contracting activity for this requirement is the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Procurement Operations Warner Robins, DLA/AW. The purchase request number supporting this contract action is FD2060-22-00120. This is for the procurement of the Main Interconnect Assembly, Part Number 114150-19B, NSN 5998-01-335-9336FX using Other Than Full and Open Competition (OTF&OC) as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This action will result in the award of a Requirements Type Contract with Rockwell Collins, Inc. that will encompass a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) with a basic year plus four one-year ordering periods.� This sole source requirement will be purchased from the following company: Rockwell Collins, Inc. Collins Aerospace - Mission Systems 400 Collins Rd NE This requirement is for the procurement of the Main Interconnect Assembly, Part Number 114150-19B, NSN 5998-01-335-9336FX to maintain a capability to sustain the F-15E fleet. The Main Interconnect Assembly is installed on the F-15E Multipurpose Display (MPD) and is considered mission critical and must be operational for the aircraft to be fully mission capable as it provides the pilot with visual representation of flight, navigation, attack, target, weapon, and advisory data. The Main Interconnect Assembly must meet power, function, and physical requirements in accordance with Collins Aerospace Drawing 114150-19B and applicable United States Air Force (USAF) technical orders. These requirements are for a tactical aircraft display, and include environmental and optical performance parameters that are not part of any commercial display system. This Requirements Type Contract with Collins Aerospace will have a period of performance of FY 2022 to FY 2026 (base year with 4 ordering periods).
