Description

Synopsis of United States Military Academy (USMA) EIGHT (8) Temporary Chillers - Summer 2023 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Contracting Office, West Point, NY on behalf of the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, NY intends to issue a solicitation under solicitation number W911SD-23-R-0067 on or about 20 February 2023 for a requirement with an 8(a) Contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to install, inspect, and test operation of the Seven (8) trailer mounted chillers no later than May 15th, 2023 for start of full operational service thru On October 15th, 2023. Supply, install, and test operate one 200-ton trailer mounted air-cooled chiller with pumps and 500 KVA transformer. Supply, install, and test operate one 200-ton trailer mounted air-cooled chiller with pumps. Supply, install, and test operate one 400-ton trailer mounted air-cooled chiller with pumps. �Supply, install, and test operate one 100�150-ton trailer mounted air-cooled chiller with pumps. Supply, install, and test operate one 400-ton trailer mounted air-cooled chiller with pumps. Supply, install, and test operate two 200-ton trailer mounted air-cooled chiller with pumps and 750 KVA transformer. Supply, install, and test operate one 500-ton trailer mounted air-cooled chiller with pumps. Supply, install, and test operate one 500-ton trailer mounted air-cooled chiller with pumps. This requirement will be a 100% 8(a) small business set aside under NAICS code 333415 Air Conditioning & Warm Air Heating Equipment & Commercial & Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size determination will be 1250 employees. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM).
