Please see paragraph L.6. All questions pertaining must be submitted in writing to the POC for this solicitation. Responses will only be posted on sam.gov. To receive a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM February 17, 2023. Questions submitted after this until quotes are due may not receive a response.
