Official Synopsis of Maintenance and Repair, Construction Services at Joint Base MDL, NJ (JB MDL) This document serves as an official Synopsis of the Governments intent to solicit and award a Single-Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Requirements, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract as a total set-aside to a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) contractor IAW with the evaluation criteria. (15) Contractor: NA (16) Description: The Contractor shall provide all supervision, management, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, transportation, supplies and materials and perform all work necessary to apply markings on all airfield pavements located on JB MDL. The scope of work shall also include runway rubber removal, friction testing, and paint removal. The physical work site parameters encompass all airfield pavement areas to include but not limited to runways, taxiways, parking aprons, streets, and parking lots.
