Description

This Announcement for Proposals (AFP) solicits proposals for lease of a portion of Office Building 4666 and associated parking area.� Located adjacent to MSFC�s propulsion test area, Building 4666 is a three-story facility with a total of 68,636 sq. ft.� �Approximately 17,400 gross sq. ft. of Class B office space is available for lease. The associated parking area is approximately 10,500 sq. yd. The remainder of the facility will be occupied by NASA personnel. The facility is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. Building 4666 may be used in the development of commercial aerospace capabilities. Building 4666 will be available at award in its current condition for one five-year base period and one five-year option period.��
