Description

USDA Forest Service has a requirement for vectorized and mosaicked approximately 194 scanned historical maps of land cover and join them with existing vector data to create a land-cover map for Puerto Rico for 1950-51. The Agency will provide a link where the contractor can download the previously scanned and georeferenced maps.� Requirements/Credentials: 1. Expert knowledge and experience vectorizing land cover from scanned maps. 2.
