Description

The NASA Langley Research Center (LARC), located at 1 NASA Drive, Hampton VA 23666, has a request for the following Sources Sought with the intent of determining contractor interest and capabilities for the purchase and installation of cameras and accessories for Steam Tunnel Cameral Project. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. Contractor shall provide all equipment, personnel, labor, delivery for the Brand Name or Equal products for this requirement. This Sources Sought is published for market research purposes. This Sources Sought will be used to determine if a set-aside for any small business program is appropriate. Government anticipates competitive, firm fixed price contract. Contractors shall provide their point(s) of contact name, address, telephone number, and email address; and the company's business size and SAM Unique Entity Identification Number. Contractors shall provide a capability statement to demonstrate the ability to perform the work outlined in the Statement of Work. Furthermore, the capability statement should also include Contractor�s evidence of adequate past performance of at least three (3) contracts held with Government agencies or private industry showing experience in automation and process controls and audio-visual solutions. In addition, the Contractor shall demonstrate a workable knowledge of Emerson DeltaV Control Systems and shall perform all work so as not to impact the operation of the Langley Steam Plant. Instructions and Response Guidelines: Sources Sought responses are due by Wednesday 15th February, 2023 at 11:00 am (CST) via email to Contract Specialist, Seliste Acres at seliste.c.acres@nasa.gov and Contracting Officer, Learon Comeaux at learon.j.comeaux@nasa.gov. All Questions shall be submitted by Monday 13th, 2023 at 1:00 pm (CST) via email Contract Specialist, Seliste Acres at seliste.c.acres@nasa.gov and Contracting Officer, Learon Comeaux at learon.j.comeaux@nasa.gov. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES/PROPOSALS; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may provide answers, responses and give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence and responses must be furnished in enough detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirement.
