Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS POSTING AND THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED AS A RESULT OF THIS MARKET SURVEY. This sources sought is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of all firms interested in participating in competing and performing a service contract for the MVK. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will potentially have a requirement to furnish and deliver articulated concrete blocks, reinforced concrete pipes, geotextiles, armor stone, and graded crushed aggregate. The Government is seeking to identify business sources under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 327331 - Concrete Block and Brick Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. All interested, capable, qualified and responsive contractors are encouraged to reply to this Sources Sought.
