NOTE: The VHA NCO 06 is conducting market research to find qualified vendors who can provide the following Dental Loupes to Hampton VA Medical Center 100 Emancipation Dr. Hampton, VA 23667 Manufacturer:  Orascoptic Item Number Description of Supplies/Services Quantity Unit 0001 PRODUCT: ITEM # HDL 2.5 Macro Description: HDL 2.5 Power Loupe Macro 1 Each 0002 PRODUCT: ITEM # HDL 3.5 Description: HDL 3.5 Power Loupe 3 Each 0003 PRODUCT: ITEM # 910131-41 Endeavour XL Light System TruColor 3 Each 0004 PRODUCT: ITEM # 910119-1 Endeavour  Light System 1 Each 0005 PRODUCT: ITEM # Eye Zoom Mini EyeZoom Mini Adjustable Power Loupe (2.5-3.5) 1 Each Salient Characteristics: Vendors with a GSA schedule shall provide the contract number of that schedule and the expiration date as well as product NAICS codes. All items should be clearly identified if they are scheduled items or open market items. HOW TO RESPOND: All responses shall be submitted no later than February 10, 2023 @ 12PM EST.
