- GENERAL STATEMENT: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 23d Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB, Georgia. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein. REQUIREMENT: 3 Vertical Instrument Display System Test Cables The cables must be Sikorsky Part Number SLCAE-01050-272 for use with the Vertical Instrument Display System (VIDS) test set on HH-60W helicopters. Must be capable of interfacing with the new HH-60W avionics systems. Please include warranty information, delivery information and any discounts. ""The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.""
