Description

THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS ISSUED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL/QUOTE OR BID. The Forest Service anticipates issuing a full solicitation for the replacement of cedar siding on identified buildings with new cedar and corrugated metal panel siding as indicated at the McCall Smokejumper Base on the McCall Ranger District of the Payette National Forest in Idaho. This is not a solicitation and in no way commits the Government to award a contract.��It is anticipated that a solicitation will be posted on or around March 7, 2023 The work anticipated under any contract resulting from the solicitation will be started as soon as conditions on-the-ground are favorable.� Approximately Spring 2023. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project is a total Small Business Set Aside. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal and to be considered for award. Registering in the SAM system is FREE.� If you need assistance, please be sure to reach out your local Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) representative.
