Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 4 of 4 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 4 DESCRIPTION SOURCES SOUGHT 36C24523R0001 THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request is for information only and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated to this request for capability information. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Cambridge, MD, that will be expiring. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Description: The VA seeks to lease approximately 11,945 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) in the Dorchester County area for a Community Base Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider existing space that complies with all current building, seismic, and ADA code requirements. Space must be contiguous and located on the first floor. On-site parking for 86 vehicles is required. Delineated Area: Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: Dorchester Square (Choptank River) South: Chesapeake Drive (Route 341) East: Church Creek Road (Route 16) West: Woods Road (Route 343) SDVOSB and VOSB firms are invited to provide information to contribute to the market research for this project.
