Description

Repairs to the HVAC system at Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City located at Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City, Atlantic City Intl. Airport, FAA Technical Center Building 350/351, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234-9393. SCOPE of WORK:� Inspect refrigerant lines and repair refrigerant leaks on Chiller Circuit 1. Conduct appropriate leak testing to ensure no refrigerant leaks on Chiller Circuit 1. Recharge Chiller Circuit 1 with required refrigerant (approx. 100lbs) and service unit as per manufactures guidance. Conduct visual inspection of glycol lines and repair leaks in glycol loops on heating and cooling side of the system throughout building. Remove and replace damaged insulation as necessary. Prior to commencing repairs, contractor shall provide the Coast Guard POCs with their plan to deal with the glycol in the HVAC system. There is approximately 1000 gallons of glycol pre side the cold and hot side of HVAC system totaling approximately 2000 gallons Repair or replace recirculation pump shaft seals (2 pumps) Replace 2 metering valves. These two valves are government furnished equipment. Contractor will need to provide required gaskets and hardware for installation. Upon completion of work, conduct inspection of glycol system and conduct appropriate leak and operational testing. Please see attached SOW and Wage determination. Thank you�
