Site Electrical Medium Voltage Preventative Maintenance, NIST, Boulder, CO The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement to perform the necessary activities to provide a preventative maintenance and repair / replacement program for medium voltage electrical equipment and partial discharge testing of medium voltage conductors per the statement of work (SOW).� Please refer to attached SF1449 for SOW and all other necessary criteria. Amendment 0001 - Posted on February 6, 2023, Summary: Corrects NAICS Size Standard to align with SBA NAICS Size Selection effective December 2022.
