- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center � Pacific requires the procurement of Gangway Top Swivel Repair Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-23-00629 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336611 � Ship Building and Repairing. This solicitation is being posted as a small business set-aside with a small business size limit of 1,250 employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1:������������ REPAIRS TO DYSON GANGWAY SYSTEEM PARTS, AS PER SOW AND DRAWING. GANGWAY COMPONENT TO BE SENT TO CONTRACTOR FACILITY, REPAIRED, AND RETURNED TO DYSON. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:� The NOAA ship Oscar Dyson requires the procurement of repair services for their Gangway Top Swivel Connectors per the Statement of Work and attached drawing. Quotes shall include expected shipping/freight cost. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. FOB Destination delivery is required no later than 03/31/2023 to: NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson, USCG ISC Kodiak, C Street, Shipping and Receiving, BLDG 26, Kodiak, AK 99619. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors�Commercial, applies to this acquisition without addenda. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation�Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.� Please see attached Terms and Conditions for specific evaluation criteria.
