This solicitation may result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 13.5 for a base period (3 years) plus two option years for total contract duration of 5 years. �The item description contains source WOODWARD HRT INC, CAGE:� 81873,�DWG 3151-252 (CURRENT REV.), P/N: 3151-252. Source Controlled Item. The solicitation is Unrestricted. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 220 days after receipt of order. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 98 each for the base and option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
