575-19-101 Urgent Care Renovation GRAND JUCTION VA MEDICAL CENTER 36C25922B0002 The Contractor/Vendor will provide construction services at the Grand Junction VA Medical Center located in Grand Junction, CO. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 M. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The POC for this project will be Joseph Wingfield.
