Description

The FDA Office of Acquisition and Grant Services, 4041 Powder Mill Road, Beltsville, MD is anticipating a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price contract for Calibration and Preventative Maintenance services for a wide assortment of Analytical Precision Instruments located in eleven (11) laboratory locations within the continental US and its territories. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This Full and Open Solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210, with a small business size standard of $30M. Questions shall be emailed to nina.montgomery@fda.hhs.gov, no later than 8:00am Eastern Time (local) February 8, 2023 at which time questions will be closed. It is projected that responses to the questions no later than 3:00pm Eastern Time (local) February 8, 2023. Quotes shall be emailed to nina.montgomery@fda.hhs.gov no later than 10:00am Eastern Time (local) February 13, 2023 Please see the attached RFQ for complete details.
