Description

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Rapid Enterprise Solutions Division, Digital Acquisition and Sustainment Operations Branch (AFLCMC/EBRD) is conducting market research for Jira and Confluence Training and Support. The Armament Directorate will incorporate the use of Jira and Confluence as part of the Air Force Digital Transformation and will require training support and tool customization for the weapons directorate. AFLCMC/EBRD will use the information from this Request for Information (RFI) to evaluate available training and support options for these tools and determine a way forward that will optimize implementation efforts. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. �This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes.� IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) OR A PROMISE TO ISSUE AN RFP IN THE FUTURE. �This RFI does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. �Moreover, the U.S. Government is NOT SEEKING PROPOSALS at this time, and it will not accept unsolicited proposals. �Responders are advised the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.� All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the respondent party�s expense. �Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if issued. For further explinations of the potential services being sought, please read and review the attached RFI and Statement of Objectives (SOO).�
