Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, �Tohatchi Health Center (THC),� Tohatchi, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS CORPORATION, Unique Entity ID JDMDFEZBYH36, for Lease of COBAS Integra 400+ System analyzer equipment and provide delivery of consumables of reagents and supplies as required by the Laboratory Department at Tohatchi Health Center, Tohatchi, New Mexico.� Award will be for a base period of 8 months, ending at 2023 Fiscal Year end, September 30, 2023. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS CORPORATION is uniquely qualified to provide the required services for analyzer equipment least and delivery of consumables of reagents and supplies, to ensure there is no interruption in services that could have negative impact on direct patient care. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS CORPORATION may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Geralene Clark, Purchasing Agent at geralene.clark@ihs.gov on Tuesday, February 07, 2023 by 10:00 AM MT. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� A solicitation will not be issued.
