- Planetary, Lunar, & Asteroid Natural Environment Testbed (PLANET) Vacuum Vessel & Pumping System This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number 80MSFC23R0001 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 effective 30 December 2022. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 332420 and the Product Service Cose is 4310. The small business size standard is 750 employees. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. FOB Destination is required; see Attachment 1 � Statement of Work for specific delivery instructions. Amendment 0001 to Solicitation 80MSFC23R0001 was issued to do the following: 1.�� �Provide preliminary drawing PLANET VV-101 as referenced in Attachment 1- Statement of Work. Amendment 0002 to Solicitation 80MSFC23R0001 is being issued to do the following: 1) Extend the solicitation response due date from 4:00 PM CST on 2/8/2023 to 4:00 PM on 2/24/2023. Offerors who have already submitted a response should either confirm the validity of their proposals OR submit a revised proposal prior to the amended due date. All other terms, conditions and specifications remain unchanged.�
