Description

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Design and Construction Acquisition Branch (DCA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Fall Protection Certification, Engineering and Training Support Services to interested parties that are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This solicitation issued in accordance with the AOC Contracting Manual (CM) policy section 9.5- Acquisition of Commercial Products / Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products / services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is anticipated this solicitation will result in a single award, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with AOC CM Section 7.5- Blanket Purchase Agreement procedures. All BPA Call Orders placed against this BPA shall be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and in accordance with the terms in solicitation and contract Section H. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes for this requirement is 541330 � Construction engineering services. The Product Service Code (PSC) is C213 - Architect and Engineering- General: Inspection (Non-Construction). This acquisition does NOT establish a set-aside and is open to all business, regardless of size, that are registered in SAM. The BPA ordering period of performance will be a single, five (5) year ordering period from the date of award.
