Description

(Additonal Information Attached) (U) Information Sought (U) AFLCMC/HNC requests industry provide information on available or in development solutions that can be used to provide assembled loopback connectors which will provide feedback signal(s) given a wiring diagram and/or pinout of pins to be shorted. For each solution, request your company provide information addressing the following: (U) Type of solution or potential solution that provides conductivity between pins identified on a pinout or wiring diagram in a specified connector. (U) Loopback connectors need to be assembled in manner which will provide a required signal feedback. (U) Ensure only pins required to provide a loopback signal have conductivity. (U) Ensure open pins are not shorted and pins that are required to provide connection have proper conductivity. (U) Backside of connector must conceal wiring used to connect pins with a non-removable or not easily removable backshell. (U) Place a label with a given part number on each connector. (U) Utilize a quality assurance process to ensure a consistent product. �
