Description

In-person 3-day interpersonal leadership and resiliency course for up to 16 participants, at least 4 hrs per day and not to exceed 8 hrs per day. 5 ea, up to 80 personnel total. In-person 1-day interpersonal senior leadership and resiliency course for up to 20 participants, at least 6 hrs and not to exceed 8 hrs, for officers and senior Non-commissioned Officers. 2 ea, up to 40 personnel total. Feedback/Survey of up to 300 personnel identifying organizational problems, cultural analysis, and employee/worker improvements. Analyze results for recommended corrections, and identifying organizational strengths/weakness. 3 ea, up to 900 personnel total. Information and capability statements must include sufficent detail to enable the government to assess whether the offeror conforms to the material intent. Prospective, interested parties may be required meet FAR 9.104-1 criteria. Offerors must provide any terms affecting quality, quantity, price, or delivery. Include and explicitly state any additional terms.
