Description

This pre-solicitation notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. �Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this notice. �The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this notice. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC), on behalf of the Army Sustainment Command (ASC) in support of the Fort Benning Logistic and Readiness Center (LRC), has a requirement for Full Food Services (FFS) and Dining Facility Attendants (DFA) at seventeen (17) facilities. �The contractor will be required to provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This procurement is set-aside for eligible Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310, Food Service Contractors, with a size standard of $47M with a provision that the requirement is subject to Randolph-Shepherd Act (R-SA) and gives preference to the State Licensing Agencies (SLAs). The Government anticipates release of solicitation W5168W-23-R-0003 on or about 15 February 2023, with a projected closing date of 16 March 2023. �The following information is provided in advance of the release of the solicitation. �This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. �The anticipated performance period is a one-year Base Period with four (4) one-year Ordering Periods. �This procurement will be made using the procedures found in FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiations. � A Site Visit will be conducted by the Contracting Officer (KO) at Fort Benning, GA later. �The location, date and time will be posted as an amendment. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted on the System for Award Management website located at https://www.sam.gov. �Offerors are responsible for checking the website daily for any changes to the solicitation. �Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. �Interested parties must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website http://www.sam.gov/.
