Description: The Baltimore District intends to procure subscription access to the ProjNet Bidder Inquiry Service to facilitate�management of Requests for Information (RFIs) and other inquiries by interested parties during the active�solicitation period for construction projects' acquisitions. The Period of Performance shall be for a Base period of one (1)�year and four (4) Option years. The National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) is the sole provider of this subscription service. The solicitation�will be issued as an Brand Name only sole source RFQ.
