- Amendment 0001 Extend the Solicitation to 1/20/2023 0900 All other terms and conditions remain the same end of Amendment. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center NOAA Ship Thomas Jefferson, is under going repairs to the HVAC system, when blockage in the piping was identified.� (II)������ This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).� Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NM-AN2120-23-00507, NAME: TJ Piping Repairs (III)����� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. (IV)����� This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 336611.� The small business size standard is 1,250 Employees.� (V)������ This specification contains requirements for 1.1. The intent of this work item is to obtain services from a piping repair contractor to determine the root cause of the blockage in the freshwater 50/50 Gycol closed loop piping and make necessary repairs for the HVAC system. 4. Requirements 4.1. Contractor to provide the necessary tools and equipment to borescope, vacuum the piping and utilize high powered water jetting to clear the obstruction to the lowest area in the piping system. 4.1.1. Upon completion of vacuuming the system, perform various tests at available openings to free the system of any loose items, blockages, and etc. The CME will provide a walkthrough of the areas where potential blockage exists. 4.1.2. Perform hydro-jetting of the piping interior to verify flow and verify no blockages are present in the total system. 4.1.3. Submit to the COR a report of the findings for 1) obstruction cleared and if 2) suspect area of blockage still exist to determine proposed path forward. (VII)��� Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance. 4.1.4. Place of performance will be: Marine Operations Center-Atlantic (MOC-A) 439 W. York Street Norfolk, VA 23510 4.1.5. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration;� 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any. 5. Address the ability of meeting the requirements per the Specifications with a detail material specification or data sheet, pictures of the item, and authorized OEM letter to sale or distribute their products. 6. An itemized/detail breakdown cost of the quote that will reflect the entire price under this RFQ. (That would include if applicable the following: Material Cost, Labor, Travel, Freight/Delivery, Etc.). 7. A copy of the liability insurance (please ensure is up to date).(For Services Only) 8. Include statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provision included in the rfq. Quotes that rejects the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration. 9. Please provide at least three detail jobs with references performed within the past three years that are the same or similar in scope onboard marine vessels. 10.
