This acquisition is for Operations HUBZONE Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) Only to Perform Design/Build, Operations & Maintenance, and Construction Activities for Civil and Military Projects within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries.� This Request for Proposal is�to update the electrical system at Newburg Locks and Dam as detailed in the scope of work, drawings, and specifications. Only Contractors in the MATOC Pool shall respond to this solicitation. ****AMENDMENT 0001**** a. The Site Visit Date in the Specifications is hereby changed from 9:30 AM on 14 December 2022 to 9:30 AM on 5 January 2023. ****AMENDMENT 0001**** Site Visit Sign in added. ****AMENDMENT 0002**** a.
