Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. SOURCES SOUGHT DESCRIPTION This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought/RFI only. The purpose of this sources sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 513210. Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 5 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide equipment and installation for Anesthesia Record Keeping System for VISN 5 Medical Centers. VA Capitol Health Care Network (VISN 5), is requesting a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Contractor to furnish and install an Anesthesia Record Keeping (ARK) solution. This solution will enhance the rapid and legible gathering of a highly detailed, accurate data record during anesthesia at all VISN 5 locations. Currently in VISN 5 only one site (Clarksburg VAMC) is utilizing an ARK system. At all other sites in VISN 5 a combination of traditional paper charting and VistA is being used to manage patients requiring anesthetic treatments. Following this procurement all sites in VISN 5 will be on the same ARK system, which may mean changing the current system at the Clarksburg VAMC location.
