Description

Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office on behalf of Whiteriver Service Unit is conducting this Sources Sought to identify contractors who could provide a Water Softener Upgrade. Contractor will �remove the existing water softener, prepare a room for the new water softener, procure the new water softener, disconnect the existing cooling tower from city water, reconnect the cooling tower to the new water softener, and take care of starting up, calibration and training of the new equipment. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more information. Delivery Location: Whiteriver Service Unit 200 West Hospital Drive Whiteriver, Arizona 85941 This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). Indian Health Service is using this tool as part of market research. Your responses will help determine if any Small Business Set-Aside opportunities exist. Please respond identifying all of your socio-economic statuses in accordance with SBA size standard. Reference: Final Rule on Buy Indian Act.
