- Amendment 1: The due date has been extended to 2:00 PM MT 17 January 2023 to avoid any potential conflicts with the Martin Luther King federal holiday. Please disregard the portions of Section L Paragraph 2.8 that refers to CDs.� Each file/folder should� be properly labeled as Volume 1 or Volume 2.� However, as noted in Paragraph 16-19 (viii) of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, email is the preferred method of delivery.� If the file is too large to be transmitted via standard email please email Gregory Hales or Charity Simcox no later than 2:00 MT Friday 13 January 2023 to request a DoD Safe link.� DoD Safe a secure means delivering large files.� The files are uploaded securely into the cloud.� Subsequently, an email is sent to the intended recipient allowing them to download the files from the cloud to a local drive. Scope/Purpose This contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Talon Repair Inspection and Maintenance (TRIM) Aircraft Maintenance Stands and Cradle Support Kits, Travel, and Data. Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) are annotated for the acquisition of the Maintenance Stands and Cradles in accordance with Attachment 3 Statement of Work (SOW). Technical Data Packages The Technical Data Package (TDP) is provided separately and requires a DD Form 2345. Offerors may request a copy of the TDP by e-mailing a current copy of the DD From 2345 to the Contracting Officer (CO), Greg Hales at gregory.hales.2@us.af.mil or the alternate contact, Charity Simcox at charity.simcox-husa@us.af.mil.. Period of Performance The base ordering period for this contract will be three years from contract award, estimated as 60 days from the solicitation close date.�There is also an optional two year ordering period, if exercised,� The total Period of Performance (including options) is five years. CLIN Structure CLINs 0001-0013 designate the Basic Ordering Period. CLINs 1001-1013 designate the Optional Ordering Period. ***See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation***
