****11 Jan 2023 - Amendment 0002: This amendment is to provide answers to questions asked. Secondly, make updates in the PWS to reflect the answers provided. Attached to this amendment is a copy of questions and answers and the PWS as a PDF dcoument. ****6 Jan 2023 - Amendment 0001: Solicitation has been extended to 24 Jan 2023. Second Alternate Contract Specialist has also been added for solicitation submissions. Amendment has been uploaded to the Attachment section. ****** The Regional Contracting Office, Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a single non-personal services contract to provide Relocation Support, Reception and Administrative Services to the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Army Community Services (ACS) in Wiesbaden, Germany.� The contract will be a fixed-price contract. Proposed performance is an 12-month base period plus two (2) 12-month option periods and a start date on or around 30 January 2023. Place of Performance will be in Wiesbaden, Germany. Contractors performing services in the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) shall comply with German law. The Contractor shall determine whether performance requires registration with German authorities or authorization to do business in Germany and, if so, shall comply with all requirements. Whether or not registration or authorization to do business is required, the Contractor shall determine what documents or authorization its employees and any subcontractor employees must possess to work in Germany. The Contractor shall ensure affirmatively that its employees and subcontractor employees possess such documents or authorizations. See section 1.24 of the PWS for additional information. The Solicitation, questions received, and any amendments will be posted to SAM.gov . IMPORTANT: �Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of submission of quotes. �For registration instructions, visit the SAM Website: http://www.sam.gov. NOTE: All offers shall be in the English language. All dates and times refer to Central European Time.
