Description

This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. No solicitation is available at this time. A Sources Sought was previously posted to FBO.gov for this requirement on 11/16/2022 under #N3904023RCIDIQ. Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA),�Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS)�intends to award a Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to provide production support for qualified personnel capable of performing the tasks identified by trade referenced within the statement of work. The listed trades are non-commercial and provide for non-nuclear production labor support using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts, and FAR Subpart 19.5, Set-Asides for Small Businesses. See the attached draft Statement of Work for more information; The final SOW and Manning Table will be made available at a future date along with the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Solicitation N3904023R0008 is expected to be issued on or around 15-MARCH-2023. This requirement will likely be procured as a Small Business Set-Aside action under NAICS code 336611, Ship Building and Repairing; The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees.
