Description

NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO SATESH LIMITED (DBA:� La Quinta Inn & Suites), 801 S Ware Rd. McAllen, TX 78501, USA NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS: Department of the Army, 919th Mission and Installation Contracting Command intends to award a sole source contract to SATESH LIMITED (DBA:� La Quinta Inn & Suites) under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source, under the North American Industry Classification System code (NACIS) 721110 Size Standard of $40 million.� The proposed procurement is for a one year conference room rental to be utilized as a Tactical Operations Center at McAllen TX. All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the above-mentioned purchase should submit a response via email NLT 1:00PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on January 13, 2022, to denise.hinojosa.mil@mail.mil.� Information furnished shall include detailed (and relevant) documentation to allow the government to perform adequate market research and make a proper determination. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
