Description

Amendment 1 - Responses to Questions asked under RFP 277-23-0606. See Attachment (RFP 277-23-0606 Amendment 1_WkplHelpline.pdf) which includes responses to Questions received and revised PWS for clarification purposes.� The submission date remains unchanged at January 27, 2023 at 3:00pm est.� .� ____________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this contract is to provide individual professional services representing a competent, working knowledge, skills, and relevant experience to continue the day-to-day operation of the SAMHSA/CSAP Workplace Helpline. �Specifically, the objectives of this task order are to: The Contractor and /or representative(s) will work a maximum total of 40 hours per week.� The Contractor and /or representative(s) will normally operate the Helpline from Monday through Friday (except for federal holidays).� Federal holidays include New Year�s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.� The Contractor and /or representative(s) may work the 8 hours between the flexible hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.� If more than one individual share operating the Helpline, the individuals may divide the 40 hours per week in any ratio.� Under no circumstances shall the total hours exceed 40 hours per week.���
