Description: GSA is seeking 17,434 ABOA, 20,049 RSF of office space in Queens, NY for 180 months full, 120 months firm. The following requirements must be met: The office space must be located on or next to JFK airport. See attachment for the approved delineated area. The office building must be able to provide 25 surface level parking spaces for the Government's use. See attachment for the approved delineated area. The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
